SCHOOL PLAYS

My wife is a fifth grade teacher. Since she teaches in a New York City Public School, she has to contend with classroom sizes of over 30 children. Finding a new play every year for numbers that large is next to impossible, so each year we write a new play for them.

I am unable to keep track of all the schools who have produced my school plays. I tried to sift through all the requests and reports and have drawn up a vague list of locations. Keep in mind that many different schools in a particular city may have produced one of these plays.  So ...

In the United States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.

Abroad: Argentina, Barcelona, Beijing, Canada (Ontario, Quebec & British Columbia), Chile, China, Egypt, England, Greece, India, Mexico, New Zealand, South Australia, Turkey, Venezuela.

If you are a teacher and are interested in looking at any of these, please drop me an E-mail. I am a staunch supporter of education and, for schools I do not charge rights and royalties. BUT! -- ALL of my plays are written for FIFTH GRADE.

Keep in mind that all children's plays are works for hire.  I don't write them as a matter of course or practice, but I can hardly turn down a request from my wife ...
